Pilates Instructor
Nancy came to Pilates in 2010 due to back issues and it was love at first hundred! Her passion continued to grow leading her to complete her teaching certification in 2015. She has been teaching mat and reformer group, semi-private and private sessions since that time.
She believes in providing individualized instruction with specific feedback to optimize a person’s technique and benefits from Pilates. She has spent over 30 years working with children and adults in neurorehabilitation. In her spare time she enjoys being active outdoors, swimming, and learning and practicing new Pilates exercises.
